From 5 August, APIs on DEP were moved to the Transport Victoria Open Data Portal as part of DTP's work to create a centralised hub for transport open data. A transition period is now place until 29 September where APIs can be accessed through both DEP and the Transport Victoria Open Data Portal to give data users time to switch over to new ways of working.

All data users should create a Transport Victoria Open Data Portal account and generate a new API key as soon as possible to minimise disruption to API use. For more information, please visit the release notes page.
